PYP Inquiry in Action – Open
Afternoon
How is the International Baccalaureate Primary
Years Program interpreted for our purposes at St Andrew’s?
On Wednesday 10 September we will
open a window into the experiences of children in Reception
to Year 5 who participate in the PYP. The purpose
is to explore the essential aspects of learning as part
of the IB international community. Parents and carers
are invited to join us for a light lunch from 1 to 2 pm
for an Introduction to the Primary Years Program in the
School Hall. Following this classrooms will be open
for visits to experience Inquiry in Action from 2 to 3
pm. You are invited to join in the investigations
in your child’s classroom and then other year levels of
interest, reconvening back in the Hall prior to meeting
your children at 3:30 pm. We look forward to sharing
the afternoon with you.

will place you with people around
your own age group, just email us with your details and
age and we will take care of the rest.
