| What
makes a great school?
As a leading independent
school catering for early learners to Year 7, this is a question
that fuels our passion for eduation.
Empowering students
at every level of their development and understanding the
complexities they face in today's rapidly changing society
is of paramount importance. Living in a global world
of paradoxes and immense choice, education is called upon
to assist youngsters in framing their thinking by achoring
their decisions in firm values. St Andrew's embraces
such a challenge.
We are committed
to enhancing every student's sense of well-being, identity,
success and belonging.
Great schools are
built on impossible dreams. Bridged by the expertise
of talented staff and supported by trusting, dedicated parents,
our students experience a vital community, rich in traditions
yet firmly pointing to a future of hope and possibilities.
Our School is a
place to belong. Come and join us!
The
heart of the Upper Primary space is the Library; it is being
developed as a “Cybrary”. It will be a space that integrates
information technology with the print environment so students
across year groups can access both at any given time. A wireless
network will be installed and the Cybrary will also house
a learning support space affording students ongoing access
to staff and resources with a focus on independent learning
for the future.
