Vacation Care

St Andrew’s School’s Early Learning Centre provides a Vacation Care Program for our ELC children, as well as children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 (limited places available). The Program allows children to be cared for in a friendly, familiar and supportive environment during holiday time. Staff are predominantly teachers from the ELC who have built up strong and trusting relationships with the children over the years as they progress through St Andrew’s.

  • Children may arrive from 8:05am and are to be picked up by 6:00pm.

  • There are no prepared meals during Vacation Care, children are asked to bring a packed lunch and snacks.

  • Water is readily available; drinks may also packed.

  • Due to our Safe Food Handling policy, we are unable to heat up, or re-heat any food or drinks brought from home and packed for lunch.

  • The St Andrew’s Vacation Care Activities Program is published in our e-newsletter, The Bell, approximately 4 weeks prior to the school holidays. The activities may include cooking, jumping castles, science days, animal visits and a range of age appropriate activities.
