From the Deputy Principal - Cathie Egarr

Another delightful fortnight has come to a close at St Andrew's School, marked by a multitude of exciting, diverse, and joyful events. Thanks to meticulous planning and preparation, our day-to-day routines and activities run seamlessly, ensuring that both our community and your children can participate fully in all events. We always welcome feedback on how we can better support our families.

During the April School holidays, our Vacation Care Program will be open to children in Years ELC-Year 2, while our older children in Years 3-6 can apply for the amazing Safari Camp in the second week. Both offerings are advertised in this week's Bell.

We would also like to remind you that in Week 9 of Term 1, we will hold Parent Teacher Interviews (PTI) for our Reception - Year 6 children and Parent Teacher Exchanges (PTE) for the parents of new ELC children or children who have moved to Habich ELC this term. These dedicated moments provide an excellent opportunity for you to discuss and share your child's progress in 2023. We highly recommend that families book a suitable time for this shared meeting. Letters will be sent home next week via Seesaw, and bookings for the PTI for R- Year 6 will open on the Parent Lounge in Week 7.

This week, our Years 3-6 children are participating in Swimming Lessons to prepare for our Swimming Carnival next week, as well as their Year Level Sports Days and the whole School Sports Day Finale. Our PE Department is having a busy week as they begin preparations for camps in Terms 2, 3, and 4, with some camps already underway.

Junior Primary (JP) and Upper Primary (UP) Assemblies have commenced, and it's been a pleasure to welcome families back to our School Hall to see their children in action.

We hope you have a wonderful week.
