Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the St Andrew's School Parents' Association will be held on Wednesday 15 March at 7pm.

The meeting will be held at St Andrew’s School, Western Campus meeting room, conveniently accessed by the Smith Street cemetery gate. Parents are also welcomed to attend the meeting via Zoom. All St Andrew’s parents are automatically members of the Parents' Association and are all invited to participate and vote at the AGM.

The Parents' Association AGM is one of the meetings at which PA members can be elected to become committee members. If you or someone you know would like to nominate for the committee, please complete the attached nomination form and either email it by clicking HERE or deliver to Community Engagement Coordinator, Suzette Black via the Tarrkarri front office. Please note, you do not have to be present at the meeting either physically or virtually to be elected to the committee.

The Parents' Association Committee will then meet immediately following the AGM in part for the committee to elect its office bearers. The following office bearers will be declared vacant at this meeting: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
