As we approach 2024, I find myself reflecting deeply on the transformative experiences that lie ahead for our St Andrew's School community. After over two decades of dedicated service, my time at St Andrew's is drawing to a close, as I embark on a new chapter as Head of Junior School (ELC - Year 5) at Walford Anglican School for Girls.

I naturally have very mixed emotions. Excited about the new challenges ahead, but equally saddened about leaving the School, but I speak confidently in saying that I am not leaving the School community, simply stepping away from the day-to-day operations of the school. I will always feel part of our School community and will keep a keen eye on all the wonderful things ahead, for St Andrew's.

As a past parent, teacher and leader, I have been blessed to have held many differing roles across the School and will forever be grateful for the experiences I have had. At the core of these has been relationships; with children, families and colleagues.

There are exciting times ahead for our School, and Luke has demonstrated a wonderful vision and commitment to leading our School into the next chapter. I will certainly be looking with a keen interest and admiration for all the exciting and innovative developments.

I look forward to my last few weeks and connecting with many of you.
